(Senior) System Engineer (f/m/d) - Managed Services & Support
Permanent position, full-time - Weilerswist, home office, hybrid
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
* Second level support: You process second level support requests from our customers
* Environment monitoring: You monitor complex customer-specific environments and optimize existing automation
* Collaboration: You work closely with our consulting teams and coordinate regularly
* Ticket coordination: You coordinate and forward tickets to internal or external third-level support
* Project tasks: You handle project tasks resulting from support cases, such as installing patches and hotfixes
* Knowledge management: You actively expand and maintain our internal knowledge base
* Training support: You promote and support our trainees and students
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Training or studies related to computer science (IT, computer science, business informatics) or IT enthusiastic career changer (f/m/d)
* You have very good technical knowledge of various IT infrastructures
* You have already proven your strong service orientation, especially in communication with customers
* You enjoy working in a team and proactively contribute to internal process optimizations
* Fluent German and good English skills are a must-have
* Logical and analytical thinking skills, complemented by good stress resistance, round off your profile
