About the Role
Are you a skilled and motivated individual looking to make a significant impact? We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our global Software Quality Solutions support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and guidance to our clients using cutting-edge tools like Squish, Coco, and Axivion. Your expertise will ensure our customers’ success by delivering timely and effective support solutions.
You will
1. Provide optimal solutions for customers.
2. Work closely with customers and help them to achieve their goals
3. Process support requests from developers who use our QA tools
4. Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to the product
5. Provide technical support via email and, virtual meetings if needed
6. Work with various other departments to help bring visibility to the customers’ needs
About You
7. Good understanding of modern C/C++ standards
8. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
9. Highly organized and solutions-oriented
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers
11. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a curiosity for technical problems and motivation to help customers
Beneficial skills
12. Coding guidelines such as MISRA, AUTOSAR or CERT
13. Version control systems like GitHub or GitLab
14. Shell scripts (Bash or others) and Unix command line
15. Batch scripts (".bat" files) and Windows command line
16. Scripting languages like JavaScript or Python
17. Automated GUI testing (using Squish, QTP, QC, AutoHotkey, or others)
18. Additional technical qualifications
