Implements quality assurance requirements, focusing on preventive actions, technical specifications, and supplier qualification. Serves as the primary quality contact in cross-functional teams. · Implement preventive quality methods to mitigate risks. Develop, maintain, and enhance quality requirements, specifications, and concepts based on supplier categorization. · Collaborate with the purchasing team to qualify and approve suppliers. Manage product/service qualifications and approvals in line with specific requirements/specifications. Assist in developing technical specifications. · Establish and negotiate Quality Assurance agreements, ensuring their adherence in supplier processes. · Conduct supplier audits and follow up on audit measures to ensure compliance. · Enhance supplier performance through continuous improvement and engage in supplier development programs. · Manage complaints to identify and analyze non-conformances, facilitating effective communication with suppliers to ensure sustainable problem-solving. · Support the standardized supplier qualification process according to corporate guidelines. What You Need To Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for somebody who have: · Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. · English language of a very high standard (at least C1 level) - both spoken and written · Fluency in German, written and spoken, based working environment capability will be valuable. · Experience: Demonstrable experience in quality assurance, preferably within the electrical or energy sector and proven technical knowledge · Knowledge/experience working with SAP will be valuable. · Audits experience will be valuable. · Availability for business travel 50% of the time. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication and negotiation skills.
