Lean/Project Method Engineer Hof (M/F/D)
Responsibilities:
Lean management and process optimization:
* Analysis and optimization of processes to improve production workflows, ergonomics and efficiency
* Use of Lean-tools such as VSM, 5S, SMED, TMP and MUDA/TEAMWOOD
* Carrying out performance and incident analyses
* Developing and updating dashboards and reporting tools
* Leading Kaizen events and conducting regular audits
* Implementing solutions to reduce transport costs and simplify production processes
Project management:
* Managing strategic projects such as ‘Manufacturing Journey’ and ‘Dispatch’
* Ensuring and adhering to schedules, budgets and targets
* Application of a systematic project methodology (PMP)
* Participation in CAPEX projects
Training teams on lean tools, methods and process improvements
Proactive & transparent communication with customers and stakeholders
Supporting SQCDE (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environment) performance
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
* Proven knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement and industrial project management
* Familiarity with CNC processes, ergonomics and Lean tools such as 5S, VSM and Kaizen
* Experience in managing multi-site projects
* Good written and spoken German and English
* Leadership and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
