The European Amazon Logistics team isseeking an experienced, innovative, hands on and customer obsessedProcess Engineer to drive standardization, integrating the latesttechnologies in our Delivery Stations and proposing new innovationinitiatives.
As a member of the EU AmazonLogistics Engineering team you will be responsible for designingthe new Delivery Stations, whilst also supporting processoptimization and new technologies integration in the legacy sites,improving safety, customer experience, quality and cost. You willact as a key point of contact for your area of responsibility inthe country you support; frequently partnering with localOperations teams as well as other operational supportfunctions.
This position requires deep customerfocus, strong self-motivation and exceptional project managementskills. It will involve regular communication with customers andproject sponsors at both the European and country level, andrequires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partneringacross functional business and technical teams. To be successful inthis role, you need to pair strong analytical skills and adata-driven outlook with strong design and innovation operationsintuition.
This role will involve frequent domestictravel and you will report into the Manager of the DesignEngineering team of the country that you will besupporting.
