(Senior) Engineer –Euro-NCAP and Active Safety

We want to work with a flexible and enthusiastic individual who will be required to support the development of our European vehicles locally as well as globally - jointly with our teams in our headquarter in China.
Job Description：
* Participate in the development of the Euro-NCAP strategy of vehicle projects for Europe
* Support EURO NCAP activities in Europe
* Be the contact to the Euro-NCAP organization for Chery in Europe
* Monitor latest upcoming trends of Euro-NCAP activities and protocols
* Develop safety roadmap to achieve EU benchmark-based program targets
* Run benchmark activities in the field of Safety and Euro-NCAP
* Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China), suppliers, Engineering Companies and Universities
Requirements:
* You have a Degree in Automotive Engineering or comparable education background
* You have significant(>3 years) experience in vehicle safety development
* You have detailed understanding of the Euro-NCAP strategy
* You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license
* You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment
* You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude
* You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset
* You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.)
* You are fluent in English，Mandarin skills advantageous
