IN2 Academy The IN2 Academy provides a unique opportunity to combine industry experience, with continued upskilling and mentorship. IN2 aims to provide junior engineers each year with all the necessary engineering skills for the modern construction industry. This provides placement engineers with not only engineering knowledge and training, but also practical skills such as time management, communication skills (written and oral) presentation skills, and client service. Requirements Currently studying a building services related course Passion for the built services sector and an ability to display this through industry knowledge and research.
