Design, develop, and test systems and components. Develop test, manufacturing, and service procedures for designed components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Work on projects with R&D, manufacturing, and service teams where electrical engineering knowledge is required. Work in a multi-disciplinary environment, learning and applying skills in different fields, such as optics and microfluidics. Manage documentation in a structured manner according to internal quality standards. Improve the design and manufacturability of Bruker Biosensors products. Identify and improve components affecting key performance parameters, such as noise and thermal stability. Handle and manage the obsolescence of electronic parts. Design and improve system electronic architecture with consideration of EMC and electrical safety standards (61010-1, NRTL). Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field. Experience in the design of digital, analog, and RF circuits. Proficiency in Altium Designer or other ECAD software. Experience with electronic simulation software, such as LTSpice. Programming skills in VHDL, Python, C#, and C++. Ability to read, write, and interpret technical documentation. Good oral and written communication skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methods. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
