As an HR Generalist at Expance, you will be instrumental in managing a wide array of human resource functions. This role encompasses various aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a versatile and experienced professional capable of handling multiple facets of HR to support our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administer various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
2. Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
3. Conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
4. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when needed.
5. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
6. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
7. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
8. Develop and maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database.
9. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
3. Deep understanding of all aspects of HR, including employment law, regulations, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
6. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
7. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
8. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
