Requirements Engineer (m/f/d)
For the Fr. Lürssen shipyard at the Bremen site
A lot has changed in over 145 years of company history, but our values and our passion for shipbuilding have not. For four generations, we have remained on course as a family business - even in sometimes stormy seas - and ensure excellent yacht building at the highest level with teamwork, quality and innovation. At our locations in Bremen, Hamburg and Rendsburg, we ensure that our customers' dreams become reality with our exceptional products and services.
How do we achieve this? Through our crew. Our approximately 1,800 employees are the engine, our think tank, our greatest success factor. We know that top performance can only be achieved with passion, trust, cooperation and a high level of professionalism. Because shipbuilding is, in addition to the most precise skills, one thing above all: teamwork.
Take control of your career and become part of our crew. We are always open to new members of our shipbuilding family: come on board and discover new professional horizons!
Your position in our crew
* First point of contact for IT topics in technical departments: You are the central point of contact for all IT-relevant topics in defined technical departments, such as production or design. You will support all relevant stakeholders and act cross-functionally across our various company locations - always according to the #onefacetothecustomer principle.
* Process optimization & change management: You identify, define and develop business requirements with the specialist departments and develop solutions that meet our overall business and IT strategies. You are in constant communication with the departments in order to initiate change projects and provide existing solutions in the best possible way.
* Consulting and technological trends: You analyze new technologies, IT trends and best practices and proactively advise on their possible applications. You continuously evaluate how existing applications and systems can be optimized.
* Lifecycle management: You will take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle - from requirements to successful acceptance of the solution. In some cases, you will also take on the management of IT (sub)projects.
* Stakeholder management: You will work with various stakeholders, both from top management and from the specialist departments, and ensure a smooth exchange and goal-oriented cooperation.
