YOUR TASKS
As Software Engineer (m/f/d) you are responsible for designing, modelingand development of SW components for radar based perception algorithms forautomotive radar. This comprise object tracking algorithms for tracking thedynamic or static environment as well as functions like Cross-traffic alert,lane change assist or parking features.
1. Developmentof (also AI based) algorithms to detect and filter vehicle data based on radarinformation
2. Supportingthe development team in regards of specification of the system and software
3. Developing simulationsoftware to test algorithms in real-time
4. Evaluationand testing of the developed software parts by unit testing and in real-life
5. Processconform documentation of the software
6. Discussingand reporting of results internally and towards customer
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
7. University degree in a technical disciplinesuch as electrical engineering or computer science or similar disciplines
8. Minimum 3 years experience in the field of embedded software development for real-time systems
9. Knowledge about statistical signal processingand algorithms to model the dynamic or static environment; knowledge aboutmachine learning (e.g. AI) welcome
10. Experience in modeling the dynamic behaviourof vehicles
11. Knowledge about automotive standards insoftware negineering, quality and design priciples
12. Understanding of automotive communicationprotocols like CAN and experience in development tools and scripting languages like Matlab, Python, C/C++
13. Experience or knowledge in the development offunctional safety related software
