What to Expect:
Be the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, providing top-notch support.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
Take charge of hardware/software installation, network configuration, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
Analyze, document, and resolve system and application errors effectively.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in 2nd Level IT Support.
Ideally, knowledge of Apple Devices (iOS).
Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
Experience in a Microsoft environment.
Excellent communication skills in fluent German and good English for daily use.
