Our Mission
The Aviation Safety & Quality Department is part of this digital transformation journey with its department "Aviation Safety and Quality Operational Digital Solutions".
It manages a portfolio of Quality digital initiatives and gets an understanding of how our people use Aviation Safety & Quality processes towards digital to impact the product safety and quality through innovative solutions, the industrial operations, the customer services and the new business model strategy.
You will be part of a team relying on your background and experience to support our digital transformation journey. Your objectives will be aligned with Aviation Safety & Quality strategic goals. Your mission will impact the Digital Transformation of Aviation Safety & Quality and its visibility at strategic, tactical and operational layers.
Your location
At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.
Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities
* Assist Quality product owners in their daily activities (project management, specification, meeting animation, ...)
* Suggest, create, learn, correct, support current Quality IT solution, networking with Airbus Group Methods & Tools.
* Collaborate with Quality Methods & Tools on product definition and implementation, team goals and performance evaluation
* Moderation of business user workshops and formulation of results
* Training of employees in Aviation Safety Quality Methods & Tools - with a focus on our current Quality operational IT tool (notably on SAP environment).
* Provide user IT tool support (Front office/local assistance/Key users animation)
Desired skills and qualifications
* Master's degree (with a specialization in quality management and information systems which would be a plus)
* You have already acquired aeronautical knowledge and experience with internal audits and reporting systems
* You are attentive and customer oriented, an open-minded and autonomous personality
* You have the ability to work in complex situations and already gained experience in project and workshop management and knowledge about change management/lean tools
* First knowledge of SAP and within Agile methodology would be an advantage
* Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus
