Your Tasks:
* collaboration in our dynamic and flexible electronics team
* design, development and implementation of FPGA-based controllers and systems for the control and real-time signal processing of our high-tech nano microscopes
* implementation and optimization of fast interface solutions for controlling actuators and sensors
* algorithm and circuit development
* cooperation with our software department to connect to our PC-based control and evaluation software
* support of assemblies throughout the entire life cycle: from the idea to series production
* construction and commissioning of prototypes
Your Qualifications:
* completed technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, physics or comparable) as well as several years of work experience in the programming and application of FPGAs
* knowledge of VHDL and the Xilinx development environment (Vivado/Vitis)
* safe handling of circuit diagrams and peripherals of FPGAs
* enthusiasm for electronics
* enjoyment of an independent and responsible way of working
* good written and spoken German and English skills
