We are seeking a talented Technical Sales and Customer Success Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, driving customer adoption, and contributing to sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers and understand their unique needs. Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout the product lifecycle. Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions. Analyse customer data to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience in customer success or technical sales. Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to travel as needed.
