Your Tasks
* You will learn on a daily basis, but also will be introduced to new, challenging tasks and be able to contribute your knowledge
* You get close insight to our innovative engines and cover almost all areas of Structural Mechanics (e.g. FEA, nonlinear dynamics, fracture mechanics, LCF, HCF)
* You have a central role in the interdisciplinary product development teams and actively participate in the development process
* You develop and maintain Structural Mechanics methods together with your colleagues
* You cooperate closely within MTU, but also externally with (international) partners and research institutes
* You have the opportunity to take on responsibility
* You work in a strong team together with your colleagues
Your Profile
* A very good university degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Structural Mechanics, Mathematics with a focus on numerical simulation, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field of study, ideally with a doctoral degree
* Graduates and experienced professionals are equally welcome
* Excellent grades and very good knowledge in engineering mechanics and numerical simulation
* Very good communication skills and an eye for the essential
* Curiosity, analytical way of thinking and pleasure in solving complex tasks
* Fluent in English
