Overview
* We are only accepting applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
* Salary: € 35,000 - € 45,000 gross per annum with willingness to overpay
* Up to 100% REMOTE possible, Flexible working hours
* Full or part-time possible (28 - 40 hours per week)

Tasks
* Collaboration in personnel management (recruiting, personnel development, HR administration)
* Participation in HR projects and assumption of organizational activities
* Support in the further development of HR processes, guidelines and systems
* General support for our HR Manager (presentations, updating lists, special projects)
Your profile
* Completed commercial training
* Initial practical experience or further training in HR
* Interest in HR processes in a dynamic and innovative company
* Experience in working with MS Office
* Very good written and spoken German and English.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility.
