ABOUT THE ROLE: You will take an active part in growing our infrastructure teams and team members by guiding development, supporting progression, and setting up processes to ensure and validate the team’s productivity, retention, and happiness. You will be working closely with Tech Leads and other Engineering Managers to help build, lead, inspire and expand our cross-functional teams while ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
