Validation Engineer – Cleaning and sterilization validation (f/m/d)
Your main responsibilities:
1. Independent, timely planning, documentation, execution, evaluation and reporting of process validations as part of the dengue vaccine filling capacity expansion
2. Creation, processing and maintenance of risk analyses
3. Subject Matter Expert for the validation of cleaning and sterilization procedures for the entire site
4. Tracking the validation lifecycle for the area of responsibility
5. Evaluation of changes and deviations with regard to the validation impact, including definition of necessary measures
6. Support of authority, customer and self-inspections with regard to the area of responsibility
Your profile:
7. Completed studies in the natural sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacy or comparable)
8. Experience in the validation of processes in an aseptic production environment
9. Experience with cleaning and sterilization procedures
10. Initial experience in vaccine production
11. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
In this position you will report to the Team Lead Process Validation.
