IT Systems and Microsoft 365 Engineer Technical Expert (m/f/n) Department: IT | Location: Luxembourg Merl | Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N 19606 Your tasks You install, deploy, and manage related Microsoft technology solutions (On premises & M365/Azure) You propose and participate in projects related to the technology in collaboration with Group IT resources You develop and maintain domain technical documentation and associated operational procedures You are in charge of supporting solutions linked to identity in M365 (Azure EntraID, AD Connect, conditional access, ) & Exchange Online You oversee operations management and perform daily checks You define the Standards and check the compliance and report on the usage of the in place solution You work with IT teams to integrate Microsoft cloud services with on premises infrastructure You troubleshoot technical issues related to M365, Azure, and hybrid environments. You design and improve the technology infrastructure in conjunction with the Architecture, the IT Security and Group IT strategies needs and requirements You maintain technology in operational conditions and participate in projects integration You ensure to maintain knowledge on architecture and SLA up to date You guarantee an efficient incident management and problem solving on the technology, meaning incident resolution under the SLA and no problem without any identified root cause You execute projects tasks compliant to architecture and management requirements You are actively involved in IT on call duty, and BCP and DRP organization Your profile University Degree, or equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or another related field Proven experience of minimum 5 years in a similar function An ITIL foundation certification will be considered an asset Knowledge of managing: Windows servers in hybrid environment (Cloud/on premises) Active directory/EntraID & Exchange on premises/online Microsoft security (Defender, ATP, ...) Scripting (Powershell) Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and a high willingness to discover and promote new technologies and solutions within the energy domain You show engagement and have strong analytical skills Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
