Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and effectiveness ofmedical devices? We’re looking for a talented Design Quality Engineer with a software focus to join our dynamic team and make a real difference in people’s lives!
What You’ll Do:
9. Drive Innovation: Overseedesign controlprocesses for on-market and in-developmentmedical devices, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
10. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative medical solutions to market.
11. Enhance Patient Safety: Apply your expertise in software/firmware, network functionality, andcybersecurityto protect patient data and device functionality.
12. Mitigate Risks: Participate in risk management,design verification/validation, and complaint evaluation to ensure our products are safe and reliable.
13. Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with quality system standards and ensure documentation accuracy, contributing to the overall quality and success of our products.
What We Need:
14. B.S. inComputer Science,Software Engineering,Biomedical Engineering, Life Science, or related field (MS preferred).
15. 3+ years of experience indesign controlprocesses – as adeveloperor quality professional
16. Familiarity with tools likeHP Quality Center,SiemensTeamcenter, and IBM DOORS.
17. Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO guidelines, andIEC 62304standards.
18. Fluent in English and good German speaking language skills
