We are looking for a full-time Web Analytics Architect (all genders) for The Marcom Engine at our Munich location as soon as possible. An experienced Tag Management Specialist with deep expertise in Adobe Launch, JavaScript, and Web Analytics, specialized in supporting international brands. You're proficient in architecting, deploying, and optimizing tagging solutions for marketing, advertising, and web tracking. You've got strong problem-solving skills, can work effectively in cross-functional teams, and have a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. Develop and maintained Adobe Launch implementations for multiple markets. Integrate third-party marketing pixels, tracking scripts, and event-based analytics. Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure proper tag deployment. Implement JavaScript-based tracking solutions for advanced user interactions and ecommerce tracking. Monitor and troubleshoot Adobe Analytics data discrepancies and tracking issues. Optimise performance through efficient tag firing to minimize page load impact and improve user experience. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations. 3-5 Years experience in a technical role within web and digital analytics Adobe Launch Expertise: Advanced knowledge in setting up and managing Adobe Launch data layers, rules, and extensions. JavaScript Development: Strong proficiency in custom JavaScript coding for tracking implementations, debugging, and troubleshooting. Web Analytics & Tagging: Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and other web tracking tools. Marketing Technology Stack: Familiar with Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Server-Side Tagging, and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs). Data Layer Architecture: Ability to design, document, and implement scalable data layers for marketing analytics needs. Compliance & Privacy: Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations affecting digital analytics tracking.
