Job Description
As an Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of seven expert Back-end Software Engineers responsible for the Authentication Platform tools.
You will:
* Motivate, coach, and manage a cross-country team of expert Back-end Software Engineers
* Plan, prioritize, and implement your product roadmap in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders
* Foster the adoption of key engineering best practices to improve the quality and reliability of the team's deliverables

* Languages: Typescript, Node.js
* Knowledge of authentication systems
* Cloud: AWS, Lambda, AWS Serverless
* Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Cloudformation
* Automation development: Jenkins, CircleCI
Qualifications
* You have previous experience managing a team of technical experts
* You have significant experience in authentication-related topics
* You have leadership based on trust and the success of your team. You are a good communicator and a team player.
* You have the ability to adapt to the most effective technologies to solve problems.
