We are looking for a talented individual to develop advanced automotive SMART Power technologies, with a particular emphasis on device construction, simulation and testing. This role involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure that automotive product and application requirements are met with precision and excellence. Design and simulate MOSFET and Bipolar semiconductor transistor concepts for automotive smart power technology platforms. We strongly focus on computer simulation of the semiconductor processing itself with respect to electrical and thermal transistor parameters (“TCAD”, e.g. Analyzing electrical test structure data with respect to technology targets.
An University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or equivalent
Interest to work in a multi-functional project team
Experience in semiconductor transistor simulation (TCAD) and skills in scripting / programming
Experience in automotive applications is desired but not a must
Excellent English language skills, fluency in German is an advantage
