About the Role: The HR Specialist will act as an effective generalist HR support for all Managers & Employees in Germany and Austria. We are looking for a "Go Getter", someone with good communication skills, the ability to build relationships and is keen to develop professionally. This role can be 70-80% Part- Time role in Germany should the candidate wish. We would also welcome candidates from German Speaking countries who are looking to relocate to Frankfurt. In the role you will be responsible for: HR Recruitment Create job advertisements according to recruitment needs for junior level roles and manage job portals accordingly. Ensure the efficient recruitment according to department needs, supporting managers across the process. Manage recruitment processes where relevant (CV selection, phone screens, interview coordination with dept. managers, job offer confirmation, new employee preparations etc.) Provide the Induction training for all newcomers, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for new joiners. Manage HR recruitment reporting for statistics when necessary HR Admin Deliver high quality, detailed HR documentation as required (employee’s contracts, contract amendments, employment declaration etc.) Manage all employee’s electronic and paper files and upload each employee’s contract and personal documents into their WD personal file. Provide new starters’ documents and any relevant changes for payroll. Ensure for 100% Workday accuracy. Undertake all administration task relevant to HR on Workday. Check the time off administration and make any required adjustments. Provide support to the HR Manager with projects and HR policies, Provide support to employees & managers on employee lifecycle activities. Organize occupational health and safety. Requirements: Strong HR Recruitment and Admin experiences in a fast-paced commercial environment, ideally gained within the travel or retail sector HR local qualification or shows significant relevant experience within HR Generalist role Strong recruitment skills, able to match candidates to a job and effectively manage the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience. A solid understanding and working experience of employment law Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously Positive, “can do”, flexible attitude, attention to detail and friendly manner A desire to keep learning and growing, able to work independently and takes initiative.
