You oversee the lifecycle of diverse, interdependent, cross-functional, multiple projects through a set of practices and a release plan. This includes disparate scope, resource dependencies, cross-project alignment, deployment planning, release execution and transparent reporting of release results for SAP and SAP-Integrated projects. How you will contribute You will oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in Project governance and release governance, including project scope, review and approval, release-level RAID management, TG approvals, release governance boards and final preparation for project and release go-lives. In this role, you will conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and other stakeholders to confirm that release schedules are aligned to business goals and then communicate the release roadmap to broader internal and external stakeholders. You will use your 8-12 years of project delivery and governance experience in software delivery lifecycle of SAP projects to influence leadership and projects. You will bring experience and knowledge in : End-to-end business and functional knowledge Operations (infrastructure and technical aspects of SAP systems and middleware platforms) Communicating effectively Leadership and problem-solving with fluency in navigating through a complex/matrix organization Strategic thinking Responsibilities: Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, automating builds, testing, and deployments. Release Management: Manage the entire software release process, including planning, scheduling, and executing releases in a timely and efficient manner. Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Monitoring & Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions to identify and resolve issues proactively. Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflows. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, including the use of Jira and Jira Align. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as you will be interacting with colleagues across different locations. Teamwork: Strong team player with a collaborative and supportive approach. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. Strong experience with Git and GitHub, including GitHub Actions. Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Experience with security best practices, including SAST and DAST tools. Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Jira Align. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
