As a candidate, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment. Your position requires the analysis of production and development data including the responsibility of material disposition and analysis of electrical parameters for various mainly high voltage devices and products running in BCD or RF technologies in foundries all over the word to support our production and development and transfer projects. You will also be responsible for the process monitoring parameter list, including content, targets, specification limits and CP/CPK efficiency.
In your new role you will:
conduct Data analysis for various devices/products
Disposition of productive material according to electrical parameters
Analysis of correlation of process monitors to product yield
Evaluation of technology DOEs
Responsible for process monitor parameter list including content, targets, specification limits and cp/cpk efficiency
Support high voltage device development and characterization
Act as main interface between Infineon and foundries regarding high voltage devices and parameters
Cooperate closely with technology development/transfers, silicon foundries and product engineering
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related fields
About +5 years of working experience in the field of electrical semiconductor device physics and device characterization
Good experience with high voltages transistors (above 5V) and silicon processing
Experience in analysis software and programming skills (Python, Perl etc.) are a plus
Business fluent English mandatory – Mandarin and German is a plus
Very good communication skills across different management levels, team disciplines and geographical locations
