For our location in Heusenstamm near Frankfurt am Main in Germany we are looking at the earliest possible date for a full-time Lab Engineer Clay (m/f/d) Your tasks: Conducting laboratory tests on clay materials to analyze their physical and chemical properties Development and optimization of clay processing methods for improved product performance Collaboration with R&D and production teams to support product development and quality control Insurance of compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies Your profile: Degree in Materials Science, Ceramics, Geoscience, or a related field (e.g. laboratory chemist, chemical technician, ceramic technician) Experience in a laboratory environment, preferably working with clay-based materials. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of laboratory testing methods (XRD, SEM, STA). Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good knowledge skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
