1. Preparing RAMS analyses.
2. Reporting on the progress of his/her activities and alert the Project RAM & Safety Assurance Manager and Safety Assurance Manager in case of difficulty.
- Support for the following activities:
1. Performing the RAMS analyses he/she is in charge of, as per the applicable RAMS instructions/processes and other specific requirements committed to the Customer.
2. Addressing Customer/Independent parties (ISA, NoBo, DeBo…) comments to get its approval on the Safety deliverables he/she is in charge of, within the limits of Alstom Transport commitments.
3. Contributing to the assessment of the RAMS performance on her/his scope and to the upstream identification of the necessary RAMS requirements to ensure the achievement of the RAMS targets.
4. Applying the Alstom Transport Railway Safety processes & instructions to his / her activities.
5. Having a pro-active challenging view on the RAMS data/results he/she handles to enhance the adequacy/consistency of the RAMS studies and requirements.
6. Seeking for the technical understanding of her/his scope in order to better assess their RAMS performance and potential areas of improvement.
7. Adopting a product oriented mind-set in performing his/her studies to foster the capitalisation of the results of the studies towards the product RAMS performance
