To strengthen our local HR Team we are currently looking for a
HR Generalist (m/f/d)
This is a permanent full-time position at the Sony Technology Center in Stuttgart, Germany.
Your Tasks:
1. Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees, including ‘how-to’ process support for our HR system Workday
2. End to End support for our Students incl. preparation of contracts, on-boarding and tracking of the immigration process
3. Support the Country HR Head and the HR Business Partner in all daily HR activities
4. Take ownership of opening and closing queries in our case management system, or escalating them as needed
5. Working with the European Data Team for maintenance in the HR system (Workday) and manage personnel data and absence in Workday directly
6. Prepare standard letters for promotion or compensation changes
7. Capture insights from the queries you resolve and use them to contribute to our culture of continuous improvement
8. Provide all general local Office management support
9. Be willing to support any HR Projects and local events on site and in the European HR community
10. Actively seek to improve any of our processes to make us more efficient
11. Maintaining and improving our HR intranet
12. Put service delivery and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do
Requirements:
13. A Bachelor's degree typically in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
14. 2- 3 years work experience in HR administration and experience is using HR systems (ideally Workday)
15. Team player with strong customer orientation and analytical mind-set
16. Capability and flexibility to adapt in fast moving business circumstances
17. Excellent knowledge and skills of MS-Office
18. Thinking out of the box with a strong and creative mindset
19. High level of discretion and integrity
20. Excellent verbal and written skills of English and German is a must
