Code Quality: You write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices. Frontend Development: You create web-based user interfaces and tools and help us build our frontend tech stack. Backend Scalability: You build scalable backend services, that can handle a quickly growing product. Scalable Architecture: You and your team colleagues are responsible for designing scalable web applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Container Engine. Your fitness level Frontend Expertise: You have at least 3 years of practical experience and proficiency in frontend development and running web services. Web Technology Proficiency: You are a native web technologist: you speak HTML5, modern JavaScript (Typescript React), CSS (experience with Ionic Framework, Ionic Portals, Capacitor and debugging native apps is a plus). Backend Knowledge: You have backend development experience, Java or Golang with RESTful is a must. User-Centric Design: You are passionate about user experience, interaction design, and responsive design. Tech Enthusiasm: You are interested in some of the latest trends of software engineering: build systems, test automation, and continuous delivery. Your training goal for your first 6 months Ownership: You take ownership of the work you do, you are able to understand its architecture and deliver on product requirements and features as well as improving testability and functionality.
