We are seeking an Integration and Service Engineer to join our team at DSI (Dynamic Systems Inc.).
An Integration and Service Engineer of DSI Europe GmbH has the responsibility to install, service, repair and conduct training on our Thermal-Mechanical Physical Simulators at various locations focusing on, but not limited to, our European customer base. The candidate must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time while maintaining excellent customer equipment records during each service visit. This position will require a strong background in troubleshooting with the ability to understand technical assemblies and wiring diagrams.
Responsibilities:
* Install and service manufactured Gleeble systems at customer locations
* Perform customer acceptance tests at customer locations
* Troubleshoot systems, solve system function and performance problems
* Calibrate, upgrade, and / or repair systems in the field
* Conduct system training with customers in the field or in-house
* Assist in the development of new system options and new products
* Maintain and develop skill base including adaptation to new processes and technologies
* Work as a productive member of a cross functional team
* Perform testing regimens for customers
* Maintain system documentation records
* Develop customer facing documentation
