Responsibilities
* Carrying out process analyses (production, logistics, etc.) using second economy methods (MTM, REFA)
* Administration of planning time structures for use in the worldwide production plants in a central SAP integrated database
* Visualization of optimal production processes via standardized work documents and sparring partner of the production plant in active key figure management
* Further development of process standardization and the implementation of international training for various employee roles
* Product/production cost optimization using industrial engineering and lean methods (value stream analysis/design, line balancing, work system design, setup time optimization)
* Support in the product development process and product/machine start-ups for the production-oriented and optimal design of products and work systems
Profile
* Completed studies in (industrial) engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
* Experience with common lean methods, especially value stream
* Process knowledge in the areas of production, logistics and work preparation is an advantage
* Experience in the application and certification of time management methods (MTM, REFA)
* Very good written and spoken English skills
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3
* Intercultural competence to work in international networks
* Distinct process and methodical thinking with a goal-oriented way of working
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Willingness to travel internationally
