Along with business growth, we are looking for a Technical Sales Manager / Sales Engineer East Europe (m/w/d) (HU, CZ, PL, KR, RO ... location to be decided - contractual based in CZ Republic for the ideal candidate we may be flexible) What you’ll do: • Boost sales revenue and achieve optimal sustainable pricing. • Identify growth opportunities, delivering profits (targeting >10% of net revenue). • Provide concise market analysis and reports, ensuring timely and accurate insights. • Differentiate our offerings through sustainability and innovation. • Build strong, transparent communication within our global team and with clients. • Engage with the supply chain of Automotive, HVAC, and other industries to explore new applications. • Lead prospecting efforts, new application development, and expand into new industries. • Offer expert technical support, including material recommendations and feasibility studies. • Help clients bring future moulded parts into production with technical recommendations. What you bring to the table: • Technical knowledge is a MUST. Engineering studies or comparable industrial work experience absolutely essential. • Successful track record in selling high-value, specialised products. • Technical competence in materials, moulding processes, and tooling; polymer technology knowledge is a plus. • Experience with Automotive or HVAC industries, especially at R&D levels, is advantageous. • Fluent in English and any of the Eastern European language (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian). • Ready to travel up to 80%. • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive, business focused mindset. • A positive attitude, absolute integrity, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams.
