What you can expect
1. In addition to analysing and resolving faults (2nd & 3rd level support), you will implement, administer and maintain IT systems and services. This includes in particular the central availability and performance monitoring system.
2. You will design and implement concepts and be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for use in operations and support.
3. You will also be responsible for the further development of the systems to increase performance, reduce costs and minimise risks and will provide support with market analyses for the selection and evaluation of hardware and software products.
4. You will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of IT projects in the realisation, test and rollout phases, including the transfer of projects to operations, and for managing and monitoring external partners and service providers.
What makes you stand out
5. You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable education and training in the field of IT.
6. To join our team, you need in-depth practical experience in the operation of hybrid infrastructures (on premise, multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments) and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS incl. their connection, IaC via Terraform).
7. In addition, you have already gained relevant experience in the operation of a complex heterogeneous server infrastructure and application servers and you know how solutions are implemented in a corporate environment.
8. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (such as M365, Azure, AzureAD, AAD Connect, ExchangeOnPremise and ExchangeOnline) and can contribute your knowledge of Windows Server from 2019 and Windows Server technologies (Active Directory, File Services / DFS, Group Policies) to us.
9. In this context, you have either already implemented an availability and performance monitoring solution yourself or operated and further developed it.
10. In addition, you have basic knowledge of ITIL and project management processes, network technologies and Windows PowerShell.
11. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in handling and implementing AI / AI solutions.
12. Your business fluent German language skills are complemented by fluency in English.
