WORKING AT YURI IS LIKE: YOUR MISSION: We are looking for dedicated support for our sales team in the areas of product development, product distribution and strategic customer management. Take our microgravity simulator business to the next level by selling to and supporting our global customer base of leading research institutes and pharma companies. YOUR TASKS: Sales & Product Management Take over sales & product management of our microgravity simulator business unit Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our Random Positioning Machine (RPM) and Clinostat. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas. Being the contact person for customers during the whole sales process, from their entry in the sales pipeline to the successful delivery of the products to their door and beyond. Organizing the whole logistics process incl. shipping, customs, export control Helping customers who have technical problems with installed products and recommending improvements. Be the link between the customers and the engineers and translate customer needs/requirements/wishes for improvement to our engineering team. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers. Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management. Take over project management for the RPM 3.0 development Marketing Support: I ncreasing awareness of Yuri through PR, online channels and partnerships Supporting to keep our website up to date Support our marketing team by designing brochures, publishing content & newsletters WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Ideally, first professional experience (around 2 years) in technical sales of complex, explanation-heavy products. Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical customers. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills. A true team player with leadership potential. Willingness to continue learning and growing in sales and engineering. Willingness to travel occasionally (about 5%). Fluent and precise communication in English.
