Job Title: Project Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams during EPC tendering and project execution, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
* Serve as the technical interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project scope and execution plans.
* Develop and manage detailed engineering execution plans, schedules, and deliverables for EPC projects.
* Oversee design verification, ensuring compliance with project requirements and mitigating risks.
* Manage scope and deliverables for engineering consultant companies, perform technical reviews, and ensure constructability during the design phase.
* Coordinate procurement activities, integrating vendor data into engineering designs and ensuring cost optimization.
* Drive compliance with health, safety, environment, and security standards, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Supervise and mentor subordinates to ensure efficient work execution and target achievement.
* Ensure adherence to quality management systems, generating and authorizing key engineering documents.
* Manage change requests from clients, vendors, and contractors while maintaining project integrity.
Required Skills
* Technical Expertise:
* Minimum 15 years of experience in the offshore and marine industry.
* Proficient in offshore engineering design for fixed and floating structures.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance and class rules.
* Strong experience with EPC project phases, including FEED, detail engineering, loadout, and transportation.
* Knowledge of HVAC/HVDC platforms, marine systems, and naval architecture.
* Competence in contract management and resolution of technical issues.
* Project Management Skills:
o Proven experience managing large-scale EPC projects, including high-risk and high-value assignments.
o Ability to develop manhour estimates, execution strategies, and integrated engineering schedules.
o Track record of delivering mega projects with detailed planning and execution.
* Communication and Leadership:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
o Strong leadership and people management capabilities, fostering collaboration in multi-cultural teams.
o Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.

o Note: Site visits and occasional trips to subcontractor facilities may be required. Ability to work in challenging environmental conditions is essential.
