Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Arts and Crafts. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Ramstein Arts & Crafts Center. This position does not offer logistical support. Responsibilities Responsible for providing administrative support to the Ramstein Arts & Crafts Center. Duties include maintaining file plans, various records and suspense files, regulations, directives, inventory control files and posting changes as required. Assists in compiling correspondences, reports, forms, and other related material. Prepares various reports and other statistical and financial data pertaining to the activity. Provides information regarding operations to the manager. Answers telephone, receives visitors, provides requested information, pick up and distribute office mail and correspondence. Performs cash management and accountability duties to include payments to vendors. Completes appropriate NAF reports summarizing daily and monthly business transactions, and deposits daily cash receipts. Performs timekeeper duties and maintains time and attendance records.
