Then let’s find out, in which of our fields you can unfold your talents best Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and product teams to analyze business processes, gather and validate requirements and find creative solutions to existing and new challenges, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Solution Design Support: Assist in developing solution designs for cloud-based environments, working closely with architects and developers to ensure requirements are compatible with cloud capabilities and constraints Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the development team has clear, actionable tasks Cross-Location Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration within the product team across different locations, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and efficient workflows to overcome geographical and inter cultural challenges Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives) and take over responsibility to ensure requirements are understood and aligned with the development process Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze delivered solutions, gather feedback, and recommend adjustments to optimize processes and improve efficiency Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues from technical teams, business stakeholders, and product owners all around the globe to ensure that requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications Quality Assurance Support: Assist with testing and validation of solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and functional expectations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or comparable Proven experience in requirements engineering in an agile context Proven experience in analysis and modeling of use cases and business processes Good knowledge in specification and documentation as well as methods (UML, Epics, User Stories, Product Backlogs) and tools (we use Confluence and Jira) Good knowledge in agile software development for industrial software Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements Proven analytical skills and willingness to learn every day Genuine interest for technology and architecture – we really like to discuss the different technologies and solutions that we’re using Good communication skills, independent working style and ability to be a team player Very good command of written and spoken English On-site work for at least 3 days/week in our new, modern IT office in the heart of Hamburg’s city center Nice to have skills: Understanding of container shipping business is an advantage Experience in Cloud Environments (AWS) Experience in DevOps (Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven, Gitlab / Github)
