About The Role: As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be working with customers throughout their journey with Logpoint – from their first installation to getting value out of the complex use cases that we deliver. This involves checking in with customers on a regular basis, having discussions regarding architecture, future needs, and potential integrations in their security ecosystem, as well as helping with understanding and using the platform or managing any broader issues with their Support tickets. Yo ur responsibilities include: Collaborate with customers and partners translating business and security requirements into actionable analytics in the Logpoint solution. Empower customers to use the platform productively, ensuring customer satisfaction Understand the security ecosystem, both on an industry level as well as for specific customer environments. Take the lead and manage customer accounts on technical level all the way until the next renewal. Learn and master the Logpoint solution and assist customers solving their security challenges. Play an active role in building, sharing, and anchoring knowledge in Logpoint, and with partners and customers. Maintain high customer satisfaction and enable the customers to get the full value of the Logpoint solution. Liaise with the Sales teams and Product Management where it makes sense for the customer. You have an understanding of the cyber security industry and the various platforms and options that customers can choose to protect their data. You have previously worked with products from multiple security vendors or with technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, EDR, XDR, Antivirus, Application Performance Metrics, Logging etc. Personal and professional qualifications: At least 2 years of experience administering or supporting IT Security Solutions, ideally including SIEM. Ability to design and size a software architecture A bachelor’s degree, or higher in computer science, engineering, or related field. Experience with the installation of operating systems and applications Experience working on customer-facing projects, presenting the findings in a structured and professional manner. Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to a global team. Understanding of Linux, Networking and Log Management.
