We are expanding our field-based team in Frankfurt and are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Generator Engineer to join AVK-SEG UK Ltd. As a leading provider of critical power systems, we specialize in the maintenance of UPS systems and standby diesel generators of various sizes.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing field service support to our clients in Frankfurt and ensuring the smooth operation of their power systems. This includes performing maintenance and repairs on diesel generators, conducting system checks and diagnostics, and liaising with customers to address any issues or concerns.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in the maintenance and repair of diesel generators. Knowledge of one or more diesel generator/engine manufacturers such as SDMO, FGW, CAT, Cummins, MTU, Mitsubishi, Volvo, John Deere, Perkins, Doosan, and Scania is highly desirable. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
