Full-time Description A. Is responsible for washing and sanitizing all work areas in storeroom and freezers before and after work. B. Ensures hands are washed before starting work and often during shift. Must wear name tag and pull hair back. C. Is responsible for completing all assigned jobs may include: 1) order all inventory for kitchen and bakery including Almond milk, bought bread and frozen juice 2) make out freezer/grocery lists for kitchen and bring up items/thaw all meats for kitchen 3) contact all salespeople and check-in all deliveries including Village Store – may require working later on Mondays. 4) date all inventory and restock/rotate stock in storeroom and freezers 5) check and replenish co-worker’s lounge, men’s supplies, Sisters’ pantry and ice cream freezer in Sister’s dining room 6) fill Sisters orders as needed 7) keep an inventory of stock and keep updated on the computer 8) cleaning duties – storeroom, coolers 1 & 2 and all freezers/ GA ovens every 3 months/scrub Area 3 every other week 9) recycle all boxes and other recyclable items for freezers and 7 10) pick up supplies at local stores as needed Requirements Knowledgeable regarding all food products and how to correctly store them. Proper cleaning and sanitizing all work areas. Must have an understanding of and be comfortable with computers and various software available for ordering and tracking inventory. Full time hours. Indoor environments that may involve some standing and lifting up to 50 lbs. in a kitchen and storage environment. Hours may vary but most shifts will be 8:00 – 4:30 unless working kitchen shift. Required to work some weekends and holidays. Salary Description Starting $15.00 per hour
