Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Plant Operation and Maintenance System (TOM) platform, guiding and supporting Field Engineers (FEs) at each base in the adoption of the TOM system.
2. Coordinate with FEs across bases to establish maintenance plans for plant systems, ensuring alignment with plant facility operation standards and the integration of the TOM system.
3. Manage and standardize maintenance documentation and inspection forms for various plant facilities, including high/low voltage power distribution, chillers, air compressors, vacuum/nitrogen generators, cooling systems, water treatment, dehumidifiers, boilers, etc., and ensure these standards are implemented across the group’s FEs.
4. Oversee the consistent execution of preventive maintenance for plant facilities by FEs at each base, ensuring regularity and adherence to best practices.
5. Assist FEs at each base in maintaining a safe spare parts inventory, implementing the TOM system to establish a shared inventory ledger across the organization.
6. Define technical requirements and establish management practices for evaluating and promoting independent maintenance technicians, developing Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams for each plant facility system.
7. Lead initiatives to improve plant facility safety, operational stability, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in refrigeration, HVAC, power equipment, or a related field.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in the operation and maintenance of plant equipment such as high/low voltage power distribution, chillers, air compressors, vacuum/nitrogen generators, cooling towers, water treatment, dehumidifiers, boilers, etc.
3. Software Skills: Proficient in FMEA, CAD, Excel, PPT, and other relevant office tools.
4. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant facility management, including construction safety management and plant power distribution systems. Knowledge of PLC and variable frequency control systems, as well as familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and IPS (Integrated Production Systems) for analyzing and optimizing operations and safety.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
