Your tasks:
* Outside Sales Engineer in charge of Endusers in NRW – Nord-Rhein-Westfalen in the markets, Oil&Gas, Power, CPI, Water
* Responsible for Pumps, Mechanical seals, Service & Solutions offerings
* Original Equipment and specific for Aftermarket
* Clean RFQ - discuss with customer all requirements and expectations
* Handing over the RFQ to Com Ops
* Intermediate correspondence to customer and Com Ops
* Technical and commercial Order Negotiation until contract award
* After order support
* Claim management
* Forecasting of business with Flowforce
* Report issues and obstacles as well as market trend
Your profile:
* Successfully completed technical degree in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, or equivalent
* 2+ years sales experience with rotating equipment such as pumps and mechanical seals
* Goal-driven and independent work method, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking
* High level of interpersonal skills and capacity for teamwork
* Demonstrated skills in leading meetings, including setting agendas, preparing, facilitating discussions, and assigning follow-up activities
* A flexible multi-tasker with good follow-through to meet urgent deadlines with little or no supervision
* Able to lead a root cause failure analysis and communicate results
* High degree of personal initiative and resilience
* High IT affinity
* Good verbal and written skill in English and German
* Willingness to travel
