As an Analog Design Engineer (m/f/diverse) you specify, design and implement functional circuit blocks to meet the specifications of an ASIC. Participation in feasibility studies for ASIC module functions and specification definition Definition of ASIC module functions and requirements based on system level requirements Design, simulation and test of analog and mixed signal circuits Transistor level circuit design and design documentation Design validation and verification Development and documentation of test concepts and procedures Modelling of analog functionality in high level description language (SystemVerilog, VerilogAMS) based on requirement specification Collaboration with digital design, layout, verification, test and application teams Collaboration with analog designers in world-wide locations Collaboration with external design houses and foundry partners The ideal candidate (m/f/d) will possess the following qualifications: Master of Science / PhD in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Physics or similar Deep expertise in design, simulation and test of analog and mixed signal circuits using state-of-the-art ASIC design tools (Cadence) Knowledge in layout of analog circuits appreciated Experience in designing for automotive applications and high volume production processes Experience in analyzing and evaluating integrated circuits in lab environment Knowledge in semiconductor production processes (manufacturing, testing, failure analysis) Planning and organizing skills, ability to take initiative and to communicate effectively, eagerness to grow and develop Relevant design experience appreciated Very good English language skills (written and spoken), advanced German language skills appreciated Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
