Our facility produces cancer therapies tailored to the patient. Each batch is individually manufactured for a single patient. The role of Process Engineer MST is responsible for technology transfers and the improvement and monitoring of production processes (DNA manufacturing, RNA manufacturing, lipoplex formation, fill & finish, visual inspection, labeling, and packaging). As MS&T Lead, the Process Engineer holds decision-making authority over operational technical projects. The role involves close collaboration with process development and technical development.
Continuous development of existing facilities with a focus on the production process to increase product quality and process robustness. This also includes the evaluation of the use of single-use materials.
Monitoring of system parameters and system components with direct product and process influence.
Requirement Lead for new system developments together with process and system development departments for the pilot facility.
Investigation and troubleshooting of system problems in collaboration with the engineering department; support for new process design and creation of risk analyses for new initiatives.
Support for technical process issues for other teams and sharing of lessons learned.
Completed scientific studies (biotechnology, bioengineering, bioprocess engineering, etc.)
At least 3 years of MS&T professional experience in the regulated field.
Background in technical plant engineering is an advantage.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
