Senior HR Generalist Nordics We are excited to welcome a motivated and dynamic new colleague to our HR team Nordics in Berlin! In this senior role, you will lead various stages of the employee lifecycle, oversee payroll processes, and manage HR related functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to use their skills and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management : Take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, becoming the primary point of contact for our employees. Ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all team members. Talent Acquisition : You are the main point of contact and provide professional recruitment services to hiring managers, local HR stakeholders and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. HR Administration : Oversee the provision of essential employment documents, including contracts, amendments, and employment verifications. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate and up to date records. Payroll : Assume full responsibility for coordinating with our third party payroll provider, preparing post payroll activities, and managing both internal and external reporting, including payroll reports. Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll, demonstrating a strong commitment to precision and accountability. WHAT YOU OFFER Degree in HR, accounting, or related fields Enthusiastic about HR activities, payroll processes, and labor legislation across the Nordic countries Fluency in English is essential; business proficiency in Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian is required Strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn new tasks Comfortable working with IT systems; experience with SAP is a plus Well organized with strong analytical thinking skills WHAT WE OFFER Gross annual salary: 48.000 52.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
