Your Responsibilities
* Design, plan, and implement DevOps processes independently, ensuring efficiency and scalability across our systems.
* Optimize and automate existing infrastructure, driving operational improvements using cutting-edge tools and practices.
* Work hands-on with modern cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure, to support and manage our cloud environments.
* Use container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, alongside CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI, to streamline deployment processes.
* Mentor junior developers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Your Profile
* Experience: You have 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with a deep understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure automation.
* Cloud & Automation: Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
* Technologies: Extensive experience working with Kubernetes and Terraform is essential. You are also proficient in:
* Keycloak
* Docker
* CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
* JFrog
* Postgres
* Monitoring tools like Kibana and Grafana
* Networking: Basic knowledge of network infrastructures, including TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S, routing, load balancing, and DNS.
* Architectures & Design: good understanding of microservices architectures and API design. Proven experience with deployments.
* Additional Tools: Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and the Elastic Stack.
* Work Style: You are self-driven, proactive, and able to manage projects with minimal oversight.
* Leadership: Experience in mentoring junior developers, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
* Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is plus.
