YOUR TASKS:
* You develop electronic assemblies and systems for in-situ and extractive gas analysis measurement technology for emissions monitoring in industrial plants and process applications.
* You work as part of an interdisciplinary project team to help develop product concepts and derive the electronics requirements from them.
* You design EMC-compliant analog and digital circuits, particularly for power supply, processor units, sensor control, and customer interfaces.
* Your tasks also include layout design, commissioning, and testing of the assemblies in close cooperation with the project team.
* You are familiar with standards and regulations, and you incorporate product-specific normative requirements into the design.
* You prepare test specifications, perform development-related tests, and oversee type testing.
* You are also responsible for the further development and maintenance of electronic assemblies throughout their lifecycle.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable qualification with professional experience.
* Experience in EMC-compliant analog and digital electronics design.
* Proficient in circuit simulation tools and electronics CAD, such as LTSpice and Mentor Expedition/Altium Designer.
* Solid understanding of systems and measurement technology, particularly optical measurement methods.
* Experience in functional safety (e.g., gas detection devices, SIL1/2) is valuable.
* Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
* Interdisciplinary thinking and working style.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
