The Company
Our client represents modern medicine with a Finnish success formula. Since the end of 2021, they have been established as a brand for both outpatient and inpatient care in Germany. Their roots are in Finland, where they operate with approximately 5,000 outpatient doctors and around 30,000 employees in the largest outpatient care network in Northern Europe. They aim to bring their successful approach of modern patient care, supported by comprehensive digitalization, to Germany.
Currently, they have one location in Fulda and 10 locations in the West Palatinate region. In their first year, they have grown to approximately 360 employees, including 44 doctors. They manage organizational aspects such as personnel, procurement, and billing centrally. The core element of treatment in their practices remains the physical interaction between doctors and patients.
